Who can answer me?

I have many questions in my life, who can answer me? I think a lot, but I can find out the way. I'm afraid I'm causing too much trouble, am I? What is the truth in the world? What can I believe? you love me or not, I love you or not, Everone is honester or dishonesty. How can I say? those thing is let me doubt. I hate myself, i want to kill myself if I can do that.
